Ingredients
- 1 pound Maryland crab meat (fresh or pasteurized)
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon seafood seasoning
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 cup cracker or bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl, mix together egg, mayonnaise, seafood seasoning, white pepper, Worcestershire, dry mustard, and bread crumbs.
Fold in crab meat: mix evenly.
Shape into 6 cakes.
Sauté in a frying pan with a little oil for 5 minutes on each side.
