Ingredients

  • ¼

    cup coconut flour

  • 4

    large, cage free, organic eggs

  • 1

    tablespoon coconut milk

  • 1

    tablespoon cinnamon

  • ¼

    teaspoon nutmeg

  • ¼

    teaspoon baking soda

  • Pure maple syrup for serving

Directions

Directions: Preheat a waffle iron. Blend all ingredients in a blender, or by hand in a bowl. Pour batter in the center of the waffle iron, covering the entire surface area. Cook until waffles release from the pan. Serve immediately
