chocolate chip cookies

Ingredients

• 1/3 cup soft butter
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 large egg
• 1 1/2 cups unbleached flour
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 cup chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

cream together butter, sugar, packed brown sugar and vanilla. add beaten egg. mix flour,, baking soda and salt together, add to creamed mixture and mix well.

stir in chocolate chips.

drop cookies by teaspoon and bake for 10-15 minutes at 375
