Ingredients

• 8 oz carton cool whip
• 1 can (14oz) sweetened condensed milk
• 1 small can crushed pineapple, well drained
• 1 1/2 cup coconut cookie crumbs( do not use macaroons)
• 1 cup flaked coconut
• 1 cup finely chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

allow cool whip to partially thaw. put remaining ingredients in a bowl starting with the sweetened condensed milk. fold in cool whip. pour mixture in a 9-inch cooked pie shell. pie shell can be pastry, crumb crust or graham cracker crumbs. chill completed pie in refrigerator 2 hours before serving.

top may be garnished with more whipped cream, nuts, cherries
