Easy Cheesy Cauliflower

Ingredients

• 1 head cauliflower
• 1/2 c water
• 1/2 c mayo
• 1 T grey poupon dijon mustard
• 1/2 c Shredded ceddar Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Cut cauliflower into 8-12 lg pieces. Place in microwaveable casserole dish, add water; cover and micowave on high for 10 minutes. Drain, return to casserole dish. Mix mayo and mustard. Spread over cauliflower; sprinkle with cheese. Microwave on high 1-2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
