Ingredients
- 4-6 lb chuck or rump roast
- 2 large onions, diced
- 1 packet "Good Seasons" italian dressing mix
- 2 packets Au Jus mix
- 2 beef bullion cubes
- 8 cups water

Preparation
Step 1
Brown meat. Mix all ingredients in slow cooker. Add meat and cook on high for 10 hours.
Shred with whisk or forks.
