OVEN BROWNED POTATOES

  • Potatoes, not peeled
  • Oil
  • Basil
  • Garlic powder
  • Seasoning salt
  • Pepper
  • Oregano
  • Marjoram

Preparation

Step 1

Parboil potatoes until almost done. Put oil in sealable bag and shake potatoes in bag until coated. Put potatoes on baking pan and sprinkle with remaining ingredients. Can be placed around roast 1/2 hour before roast is cooked (or bake at 325F for 30 to 45 minutes).
