Ingredients
- 1 cup Flour
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 1 (14 oz) Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 2 cups Chopped Pecans
- 1 cup Shredded Coconut
- 20 Caramels
- 2 Tbsp Milk
- 1 cup Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips

Step 1
For crust, in medium mixing bowl stir together flour and brown sugar. Using pastry blender, cut in butter, till crumbly. Press crumb mix into bottom of ungreased 13x9x2 pan and bake at 350° for 15 minutes. For filling, combine sweetened condensed milk and vanilla in small bowl. Sprinkle coconut and pecans over baked crust, then pour filling over. Bake bars 25-30 minutes until filling is set. Cool on wire rack. In small saucepan, combine caramels and milk. Cook and stir over medium-low until melted. Drizzle over filling. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Cool completely before serving.
