Ingredients
- 4 c. Rhubarb (diced)
- 1 c. Sugar (heaping)
- 4 Tbsp. Flour
- 1 c. Brown Sugar
- 3/4 c. Oats (rolled)
- 1-1/2 c. Flour
- 1/2 c. Butter
- 1/2 c. Shortening (or butter)

Preparation
Step 1
Combine rhubarb, sugar and 3 Tbsp. flour and place in greased 8x12" baking dish. Combine brown sugar, oats and 1-1/2 c. flour. Cut in butter and shortening and sprinkle over rhubarb. Bake at 375° for 35-40 minutes.
