Ingredients
- 2 pounds frozen hash browns
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 3/4 stick butter
- 8 ounces grated cheese
- Potato chips to cover
Preparation
Step 1
1. Thaw potatoes 30 minutes
2. Mix all ingredients
3. Put in greased 9x13 pan
4. Sprinkle with crushed potato chips
5. Bake 1 hour at 375
