Ingredients
- TOPPING:
- 1-1/2 c. Brown Sugar (packed)
- 1/2 c. Shortening
- 1 Egg
- 2 c. Flour
- 1 tsp. Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1 c. Sour Cream
- 1-1/2 Rhubarb (chopped)
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 1/4 c. Brown Sugar (packed)
- 1/2 c. Pecans or Walnuts (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. Butter or Margarine
- 1 tsp. ground Cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
In a mixing bowl, cream sugar and shortening. Add egg. Combine flour, baking soda and salt; add alternately with the sour cream to the creamed mixture. Fold in rhubarb. Spread in a greased 9x13" baking pan.
Combine all topping ingredients; sprinkle over batter.
Bake at 350° for 45-50 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
