- 12oz package vanilla wafers
- 2 8oz packages of cream cheese
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp vannilla extract
- garnish with pie filling or fresh fruit
Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease tins.
Crush the wafers. Evenly place the crushed wafers into each tin. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs & vanilla until light and fluffy. Fill each tin with mixture, almost to the top. Bake for 15 min. Cool.
Top with a teaspoonful of pie filling or garnish with fresh fruit.
