Ingredients
- 1/3 cup flour
- 3/4 t salt
- 1/2 t dried thyme
- 1/2 t dried marjoram
- 1/8 t pepper
- approx. 5 medium red skin potatoes, scrubbed and cut in 1 inch cubes
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 bay leaves

Step 1
combine flout, salt, thyme, marjoram and pepper in bag or covered bowl. Add potatoes and shake to coat. pour butter into 13 x 9 pan. add garlic, bay leaves and potatoes.
Cover and bake at 450 for 20 min.
Uncover, stir and bake an additional 15-20 minutes.
