  • 1/2 cup skim or soy milk
  • 6 oz (80-calorie) vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tsp apple pie spice
  • 1 medium apple peeled and chopped
  • 2 Tbsp cashew butter (MUFA)
  • Handful of ice



Step 1

Combine milk, yogurt, apple pie spice, apple, cashew butter, and ice in blender. Blend for 1 minute, transfer to a glass, and eat with a spoon.
