Ingredients

  • 2 lbs cauliflower
  • 2 lbs green pepper
  • 2 lbs red pepper
  • 2 lbs chopped onions
  • 2 , 14 oz tins pitted black olives
  • 4 , 10 oz tins sliced mushrooms
  • 2 , 7 oz tins tuna
  • 2 , 7 oz tins crab meat
  • 1 , 3 oz tin anchovies
  • 2 jars salad olives
  • 100 oz ketchup
  • 1 1/2 cups corn oil
  • 1 1/2 cups white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 jar pickled onions
  • 8 oz sweet mixed pickles
  • 1/2 tsp hot red peppers
  • 1 pkg frozen shrimp
  • 1 jar dill pickles
  • 2 , 14 oz tins green beans

Preparation

Step 1

Chop vegetables. Mix all together and bring to a boil. Boil for 1/2 hour. Place in sealers and freeze.
