GRAPE JELLY MEATBALLS

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs extra lean ground beef
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 large onion, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 bottle chili sauce
  • 1/2 large jar grape jelly
  • juice of 1 lemon

Preparation

Step 1

Combine ground beef, egg, onion, salt and pepper. Mix and shape into 1 1/2" meatballs. Drop into sauce made of rest of ingredients. Simmer until meatballs are brown. Cool and freeze.
