Ingredients

  • 2 TB honey
  • 2 TB oil
  • 1 ½ C water (85 - 100 F)
  • 1 ½ tsp salt
  • 3 ½ C fresh whole wheat flour
  • 2 tsp Dough Enhancer (opt)
  • 3-4 TB Vital Gluten
  • 1 1/2 tsp SAF Instant Yeast

Preparation

Step 1

Place ingredients in the pan in the order listed. Bake on whole wheat setting.
