- 1 C Frozen Blueberries
- 1 Apple, diced
- Banana
- 1/2 C Pecans
- 1/2 C Walnuts
- A few Macadamia Nuts
- 2 T Ground Flax Seeds
- Cinnamon to sprinkle
- Almond milk, Rice Milk or Vanilla Rice Milk
