Ingredients
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 ground pork
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 6 cups chopped Cabbage
- 1 can tomatoe soup
- 1 package dry onion soup mix
- cooked rice

Preparation
Step 1
1. Boil cabbage until lease start looking clear.
2. Sauté meat and onion until cooked.
3. Place 3 cups of cabbage in a 2 quart dish. Cover with meat. Top with remaining cabbage. Sprinkle salt and pepper on top.
4. Mix tomato soup and dry onion soup mix together. Pour soup mixture over top of casserole.
5. Bake at 350° for about 45 min. to an hour.
