Ingredients
- 1 cup (240 ml) heavy whipping cream, heated to simmer with 2 teaspoons grated orange peel
- 8 ounces (277 g) semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
- 2 tablespoons (30 g) butter
- 3 tablespoons (45 ml) Grand Marnier
Preparation
Step 1
1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
2. Select Variable 1.
3. Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
4. Blend for 5 minutes or until melted and smooth. You may need to use the tamper to break up air pockets that form during blending.
5. Pour into fondue pot. Stir in Grand Marnier.
