Italian Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Cauliflower
  • 1 1/2 cups Broccoli
  • 1 stalk Celery
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • cherry tomatoes
  • Kidney beans
  • Any vegetables you like
  • 1 bottle Italian dressing
  • 1 or 2 packages no sugar sweetener

Preparation

Step 1

1. Wash, trim and cut vegetables into bite sized pieces
2. Put into a large sealable bowl
3. Pour dressing over vegetables; cover and marinate
overnight
* If you have a bowl that seals tightly, it works well to
invert it a couple of times during marinating
