Ingredients
- 24 oz Powdered Sugar
- 1 Stick Butter
- 1 lb. (16 oz) Peanut Butter
- 12 oz Chocolate or Chocolate Chips
- Paraffin to melt in chocolate – helps chocolate stick!
Preparation
Step 1
Melt chocolate in a double broiler with about ¼ block of paraffin. In Large bowl, mix butter, sugar, and peanut butter. Roll mixture into 1” balls. Using toothpick, dip balls into melted chocolate, place on wax covered cookie sheet and smooth over hole from toothpick. Chill in fridge for about 2 hours.
