Ingredients
- 4 lbs potatoes, peeled and quarterd
- water
- 2 tbsp Hard margarine
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup salad dressing (or mayonnaise)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp chopped chives, for garnish
Preparation
Step 1
Cook potatoe in water in large pot until tender. Drain. Mash until no lumps remain.
Combine remaining 6 ingredients in small saucepan. Heat and stir until hot. Add to potatoe. Mash until light and fluffy.
Turn into serving bowl. Sprinkle with chives.
