Ingredients
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 ounces cornmeal
- 1/2 pound (2 sticks) butter, melted
- 6 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons vinegar
- 2 unbaked pie shells in pie pans

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
ln a large bowl, mix sugar and commeal. Add melted butter and mix thoroughly.
Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing after each addition. Add all liquids, taking care to end with vinegar. Mix well. Divide filling among each
unbaked pie shell.
Bake for approximately 45 minutes.
