Easy Peasy Cheesey Muffins

Ingredients

• 1 box Jiffy Golden Yellow Cake Mix
• 1/4 salt
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl combine cake mix, salt, egg, and milk. Stir well to combine.
Stir in cheese.
Spoon into mini muffin pans (about halfway full).
Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden and firm. Makes about 36 mini muffins.
