Sweet Potatoe Soufle

Ingredients

• 3 lbs sweet potatoes cooked and mashed
• 1 stick butter
• 3 Eggs
• 1/4 C Heavy Cream
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 c white sugar
• Topping
• 1 c Brown Sugar
• 1/2 c Panko
• 1 stick butter
• 1 c pecans chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Cook and mash potatoes
mix in all other ingredients together and spread in baking dish.

Topping
1 c Brown Sugar
1/2 c Panko
1 stick butter
1 c pecans chopped

Mix topping and spread over potatoe mixture.

Bake at 350 for 20 to 30 minutes
