Ingredients
- 4 large sweet potatoes
- 1/2 cup cinnamon sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400. Wrap potatoes in heavy-duty aluminum foil, and place on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Let cool slightly; unwrap potatoes, and cut a lengthwise slit in center of each potato. Top each with 2 tablespoons cinnamon sugar and 1 tablespoon butter. Serve immediately.
