3/4 cup sugar
Cream of Tartar (pinch)
3 tbsp cold water
1 egg white

Step 1

In a double broiler, beat with a mixer until stiff and moist peaks. Scrape sides occassionally.

Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.

Makes enough to cover a two layer cake.
