Ingredients
- 8 ounces Cool Whip
- 1 9" Pie shell, baked
- 1/3 cup strawberry jam
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
- 1 pkg. (4) vanilla instant pudding
Preparation
Step 1
Spread 1 cup of topping in bottom of shell, freeze for 10 minutes. Carefully spoon jam over topping. Gradually add milk to Peanut Butter in bowl, blend until smooth. Add pie filling mix. Use Electric mixer on low to blend until 1-2 minutes. Fold in remaining topping. Spoon over jam in pie crust. Freeze until firm.
