Ingredients
- 1 lb ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup confectioners sugar
- 1 jigger creme de cocoa
- 3 tbsp miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips
- tinted coconut
Preparation
Step 1
cream ricotta, sugar and liquor approximately 20 minutes at high speed until creamy. add chocolate chips and blend. fill shells and seal ends with tinted coconut or chopped nuts.
