ROYAL ICING

Ingredients

  • 2 large Egg Whites
  • 4 cups sifted Powdered Sugar
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • 3 drops Glycerin (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Beat egg white until stiff. Add sugar, lemon juice and glycerin; beat for 1 minute.

Use egg whites as glue when sugaring cookies. Apply with pastry brush and dust with sugar.
