Ingredients
- 2 large Egg Whites
- 4 cups sifted Powdered Sugar
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- 3 drops Glycerin (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Beat egg white until stiff. Add sugar, lemon juice and glycerin; beat for 1 minute.
Use egg whites as glue when sugaring cookies. Apply with pastry brush and dust with sugar.
