- 1 AND 1/2 LB BEEF STEW MEAT
- 2 TBS SHORTENINC
- 1/2 CUP CHOPPED ONION
- 1 CUP SLICED CARROTS
- 1 GLOVE GARLIC CHOPPED
- 1 CAN TOMATOES
- 2/3 CUP SOUR CREAM
- DMPLINGS
- 1 tsp SAKT 2 CUPS BISQUICK
- 1/3 CUP SOUR CREAM
- 1 TBS GREEN ONION

Step 1
BLEND BISQUICK, SALT,PEPPER,PAPRIKE,ROLL MEAT IN MIXTURE-BROWN. ADD ONION, GARLIC AND CARROTS, TOMATOES AND 2/3 CUP SOUR CREAM.
COOK TILL MEAT IS TENDER 1/1/2 HRS.
PUT IN CASSEROLE DISH 9x13. MAKE DUMPLINGS AND PUT ON TOP.
BAKE 350 DEGREES 20 MIN UNTIL DUMPLINGS ARE DONE.
