Cheesy Spinach and Bacon Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Velvetta Cheese, cubed
  • 1 10 oz. package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained.
  • 4 oz. cream cheese
  • 1- 10 oz can Rotel Dice tomatoes and green chilies, undrained.
  • 8 slices bacon, crisply cooked, drained and crumbled.
  • Tortilla chips or cut up vegetables.

Step 1

Place cubed cheese, chopped spinach, cream cheese, and Rotel in a microwaveable bowl.

Microwave on high for 5 minutes or until cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 3 minutes.

Serve with tortilla chips or cut up fresh vegetables.
