Quick-Keeping Very Berry Jam

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 package Ball brand no-cook freezer jam fruit pectin
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 2 cups strawberries (hulled and quartered)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Whisk sugar and pectin together in a bowl.

2. Mash fruit in another bowl until the fruit is a chunky puree.

3. Pour the sugar and pectin into the bowl with the fruit and stir 2 to 5 minutes until very well combined.

4. Ladle the jam into four 8-oz freezer jam jars (either glass or plastic). Let stand until set about 30 minutes and freeze.
