Ingredients
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 cups or 1 can chick peas liquid preserved
- 1/3 cup tahini
- 2 lemons juiced
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 8 dashes of tobassco
Preparation
Step 1
Process all the ingredients together in spirts. Add chickpea liquid if necessary to thin by the tablespoon
Drizzle with olive oil and then add toasted pine nuts.
