Hummus

Ingredients

  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 cups or 1 can chick peas liquid preserved
  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 2 lemons juiced
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 8 dashes of tobassco

Preparation

Step 1

Process all the ingredients together in spirts. Add chickpea liquid if necessary to thin by the tablespoon

Drizzle with olive oil and then add toasted pine nuts.
