Ingredients
- 2 packages Jiffy Cornbread Mix (will need required ingredients off of packaged directions)
- 1 can cream style corn
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion diced
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Mix up 2 packages of Jiffy Cornbread mix according to package directions and add 1 can cream style corn.
Brown 1 lb. ground beef, add onion and cook until beef is brownded and onion is tender. Remove from heat and drain fat. Return to heat and add 1 package taco seasoning and 1/2 cup ketchup. Mix well to incorperate all flavors.
Grease 9x13 pan, then put 1/2 layer of cornbread in pan, pour hamburger mixture evenly over cornbread and then top with remaioning cornbread mixture.
Sprinkle cheese evenly over cornbread mixture and bake accoridng to packaged directions.
* You can add green corn, green chili's or something spicy if desired.
