Peanut Butter Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 can evaporated milk (13 oz)
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 oz baking chocolate
Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine milk, sugar and chocolate in medium pan.
2. Bring to a boil over low heat; stirring until sugar is
dissloved and chocolate is melted
3. Boil gently; stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes
4. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and
vanilla; blend well
5. Serve warm
*Keeps well in the refrigerator, but will thicken when
chilled. To serve, spoon desired amount in a small pan
and heat until warm and pourable
