  • 2 cups White Corn Meal
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups Milk
  • 3 Eggs, beaten

Step 1

Heavily butter sides, bottom of 13x9 pan.
Scald milk. Add dry ingredients and eggs to milk and blend.

Pour into pan. Bake 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
