Cocktail: The Hemmingway

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz simple syrup: equal parts sugar and water boiled and cooled.
• 1 1/2 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
• 1 oz fresh white grapefruit juice
• 1/2 oz cherry flavored marochino liquor
• 1/2 oz aged rum
• 2 oz white rum

Preparation

Step 1

Shake over ice and garnish with dried cherries soaked in marichino liquor for 24 hours.
