Ingredients

  • 2 - 10 oz packages of frozen broccoli or bag of florets or spears
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1 can cream of mushroom (or celery) soup
  • 1 cup grated cheddar

Details

Preparation

Step 1

Cook broccoli till just tender and drain (do not over cook).
Beat egg with mixer till super fluffy.
Blend in mayo and cream of celery soup.
Stir in cheddar.
Place broccoli in 1-1/2 quart casserole dish
Pour rest over broccoli
Bake at 350 for 30 min uncovered
