Ingredients
- 1 lb ground sirloin
- 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 4 buns
Preparation
Step 1
Lightly mix together the beef, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Shape into four 3/4 inch patties, handling the meat as little as possible.
Place burgers on greased grill over medium heat. Close the lid and grill turning once, until no longer pink and a digital thermometer inserted sideways into centre reads 160F...about 15 minutes.
Serve in buns with your favourite toppings.
