Ingredients
- 12 c chopped tomatoes
- 3 c chopped celery
- 3 med onion chopped
- 3 T salt
- 1/4 c sugar
- 1 c vinegar
- 3 T mustard seed
- 1 t cayenne pepper
- 2 med green peppers
- 6 oz tomato paste
- 1 jalepeno
Preparation
Step 1
Mix tomatoes, celery, onion and salt. Refrigerate overnight
Mix sugar, vinegar, mustard seed, cayennne and green peppers with tomato mixture and simmer 1hr
Add tomato paste and cook until thickened. Add jalepeno peppers and can in jars.
