HOMEMADE ICECREAM

Ingredients

  • 6 Eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • large can evaporated milk
  • 1/2 pt whipping cream
  • 1 teasp. Vanilla extract
  • 6 cups of fruit mashed in blender

Preparation

Step 1

Whip cream and set aside, separate eggs and beat whites till fairly stiff and set aside, beat yolks, add sugar then evaporated milk, fold in egg whites and whipped cream, mix on low speed in mixer, add fruit and vanilla. Pour into freezer and add milk to reach freeze line. Freeze and enjoy.
