Ingredients

    cup skim or soy milk

  • 6

    oz (80 calorie) vanilla yogurt

  • 1

    cup fresh blueberries

  • Handful of ice

  • OR

  • 1

    cup frozen blueberries

  • 1

    Tbsp flaxseed oil (MUFA)

Directions

Combine milk, yogurt, and fresh blueberries plus ice OR frozen blueberries in blender. Blend for 1 minute, transfer to a glass, and stir in flaxseed oil.
