Zucchini Augratin

Ingredients

• 3 medium zucchini sliced-put in boiling water until soft,
• drain well, put in casserole dish, sprinkle with lawrys
• 1/2 stick butter
• 1 cup cheddar cheese
• 6 oz sour cream
• Melt butter, cheese and sour cream and pour over zucchini.
• Sprinkle with bread crumbs or panko crumbs mixed with melted butter.

Preparation
