Ingredients

  • 3 cups soy milk or 1% milk
  • 1 cup banana, strawberries, blueberries, or pineapple
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp almond butter
  • 2 tsp ground flaxseed
  • Ice cubes

Preparation

Step 1

Blend all ingredients to make 4 servings (about 10 ounces 0r 1 3/4 cups each). One smoothie is 157 calories.
