Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes
- 1/2 pound bacon
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tbsp. sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Boil potatoes with skins on....cool and peel and slice. Slice bacon in small pieces and fry save the grease in pan. Add to it the flour and mix and slightly brown. Then add vinegar, water and sugar. Add to potatoes and onions...Warm up. Receipe can be doubled or trippled.
