Cabbage Crunch Salad

  • Dressing:
  • 2 T. sesame seeds
  • 1 pkg. Ramen noodles (chicken flavor)
  • 1/2 c. slivered almonds
  • Garlic pepper to taste
  • 1 bag shredded cabbage
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 T. sugar
  • 3 T. red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • l pkg.ramen noodle flavoring



Step 1

Bake sesame seeds and almonds at 350 until golden brown. Combine cabbage, onion,
uncooked noodles, broken apart, almonds, and sesame seeds. Just before serving,
sprinkle w/ garlic pepper and mix w/ dressing.
