Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup butter or marg softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 edd
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 squares unsweetened, melted & cooled
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375F
Cream butter & sugar until light & Fluffy
Beat in egg & vanilla
Blend in melted unsweetened chocolate.

Thoroughly stir together flour baking powder; gradually add to butter, beating until smooth

Stir in chocolate chips

Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased sheet 2" apart

Bake 10-12 minutes (centres will be soft

Cool 1 minute on pan then transfer to wire rack
