Chocolate Peanut Sweeties

Inspired by my passion for peanut butter and chocolate, I combined a trusted recipe for peanut butter eggs with the salty crunch of pretzels. Now our kids have fun helping me make and eat these heavenly treats. Gina Kintigh

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 5 dozen mini pretzels
  • 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Preparation

Step 1

1. In a mixing bowl; beat peanut butter and butter
until smooth.
2. Beat in powdered sugar until combined.
3. Shape into 1 inch balls; press one on each pretzel. 4. Place on waxed paper-lined sheet pans.
5. Chill about 1 hour, till firm.
6. Melt chocolate & oil in microwave.
7. Dip peanut ball into chocolate
8. Place on pans, pretzel side sown.
9. Chill 30 minutes before serving.
Store in fridge.
